Frequently asked questions
How Solution Ocean works, what the offers mean, and what happens after you reach out.
What is Solution Ocean?▼
It's a payment-solutions finder for merchants — especially in high-risk and iGaming verticals. We maintain a curated catalog of vetted payment-provider offers. You search by country, method, direction and rate, shortlist what fits, and we connect you with the provider and help you onboard.
Why are providers shown as codes (P1, P2…) instead of names?▼
The catalog is anonymized on purpose. Rates and terms are commercially sensitive, so each provider appears as a code while you browse. We disclose the real provider identity once we engage and confirm there's a fit — that's part of the value we add as your broker.
What do “pay-in” and “pay-out” mean?▼
Pay-in is accepting money from your customers (deposits / acquiring). Pay-out is sending money out (withdrawals / disbursements). Some offers do one direction, some do both — use the Direction filter to narrow it down.
What's the difference between FTD and Trusted traffic?▼
FTD (first-time deposit) is brand-new customers making their first payment — higher risk, so pricing differs. Trusted traffic is returning, vetted customers. Many providers price these differently, which is why it's a filter.
How do the methods map (Cards, Bank transfer, etc.)?▼
Each offer is tagged with a method family. Cards = Visa/Mastercard. E-wallets = Skrill, Neteller and similar. Bank transfer = SEPA, PIX, Open Banking and other account-to-account rails. Mobile money = M-Pesa, MTN and similar. Online APM = BLIK, iDEAL and the like. Vouchers = paysafecard. Pick a family and you'll see every offer in it.
What is the “T+” number?▼
It's the settlement time — how many business days after a transaction the funds reach you. T+2 means two business days. Lower is faster; use “Sort by → Fastest settlement” to prioritize it.
Are the rates final?▼
They're indicative and a strong starting point. Final pricing depends on your volume, geography, traffic mix and onboarding/compliance review. We'll confirm exact terms with the provider before you commit.
What is the portfolio?▼
As you browse, tap + Portfolio on any offer to collect a shortlist. Open your portfolio, add your contact details and hit Send to us — the whole list reaches us instantly and we follow up. You can also Copy any single offer (with its reference, e.g. SO-123) to paste into Telegram or email.
How quickly will you respond?▼
Usually within one business day. For anything time-sensitive, book a call or message us on Telegram and we'll move faster.
How much does this cost me?▼
Searching the catalog is free. We're compensated as a broker on the payment flow we help set up, so there's no charge to explore options and get matched.
